About Us
To be fair, it’s a really simple concept.
In each of our careers (the two principals who set PropEx up, namely Sam and Bekky), we always struggled to maintain consistency with our social media output.
One week we would find the time to post 6 new Facebook, Insta or LinkedIn content posts and the following week we do zero. Zilch. Nada.
What we soon realised is that consistency…Making sure you post every single week on every platform you are active on, is the key not only to brand awareness or but also to generating a buzz about your brand, product or service.

This is how PropEx was born.
Then…Almost by default, we put on an event in Liverpool for a few property professionals. We called it ‘Pizza and Property’ and despite the corny and cheesy name, we ended up with 17 people at this casual event.
The following month, we got the word out a little more and 62 (!!) people turned up.
We realised we were on to something.
Since then, PropEx has been at the forefront of online content creation for some huge (and not so huge) brands and our networking events (which are a little exclusive tbf), are already becoming known as the ultimate ‘goto’ property and finance networking events in the UK.
Not bad for two people and an entourage of outsourced personnel in just 2 years.
